- Own client renewals, retention and net retention targets for customers
- Be main point of contact and trusted advisor at Braze
- Partner with Account Executives to provide excellent customer experience
- Drive feature adoption through shared Success Plans

Job Requirements
- Proven track record in customer success
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with agile, technology-focused brands
- Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile, APIs, etc.
- 2-5 years relevant experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, or Project Management
