Job Description
  • Own client renewals, retention and net retention targets for customers
  • Be main point of contact and trusted advisor at Braze
  • Partner with Account Executives to provide excellent customer experience
  • Drive feature adoption through shared Success Plans
  • Analyze customer product usage and identify opportunities and risks
  • Advocate for customers and provide product feedback
  • Provide continuing education for customers to maximize product usage
  • Work with other Braze teams to ensure customer support
  • Transition clients from onboarding to ongoing activity
Job Requirements
  • Proven track record in customer success
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work with agile, technology-focused brands
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile, APIs, etc.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, or Project Management
