Job Description
- Lead a five-person digital engagement team to create strategic mobilization and advocacy strategy
- Set ambitious, data-driven goals to build and expand supporter base
- Test and adjust strategies to maximize ROAS and impact
- Onboard with one-on-ones and team meetings to understand organizational mission and operations
- Collaborate with digital fundraising consultants and membership team
- Develop and refine supporter recruitment and mobilization strategies
- Assess current digital marketing strategies and plan annual improvements
- Provide mentoring, leadership, and strategy for digital engagement team
- Drive digital growth strategies to diversify digital audiences
- Oversee engagement strategy for existing UCS audiences in priority campaigns
- Ensure digital marketing technology meets organizational needs
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in online and offline marketing and mobilization
- Proven track record of growing supporter lists and increasing brand visibility
- Deep experience with constituent relationship management and advocacy tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to run projects from concept to execution
- Excellent writing, editorial, and supervisory skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
