Job Description

• Create, develop, lead, and maximize all aspects of the Asset Protection function for Alo sanctuaries
• Strategically curate a customized total Asset Protection program
• Analyze inventory shrink results and develop strategies to reduce losses
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for protection
• Partner with regional team to identify and deploy technology improvements
• Investigate internal and external theft including ORC
• Conduct internal investigations and maintain confidentiality
• Review and respond to incident reports
• Manage physical security systems and training
• Support new sanctuary openings and manage third party security vendors
• Build effective partnerships to improve sales while protecting assets
• Network with peers in the AP/LP field and seek professional development opportunities
