Job Description

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide world-class customer experience and security outcomes.
• Analyze, escalate, and respond to security events, observables, and incidents detected by proprietary security products.
• Conduct threat hunting activities across customer environments and contribute to content management.
• Support customers through incident response activities and tune security products in line with customer environments.
• Collaborate with a global team to identify improvements and maximize operational efficiencies.
• Produce Knowledge Base Articles for best practices in the team's area of expertise.
