Job Description

• Drive manual testing efforts for our marketplace platform, focusing on checkout processes and mobile application functionality.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough regression testing, smoke testing, and other types of testing as needed to ensure product quality.
• Utilize Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure comprehensive test coverage and traceability.
• Maintain a strong product focus, understanding the nuances of the e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem to identify and prioritize key areas for testing.
• Advocate for the end user, ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of our testing and development efforts.
• Work closely with development, product management, and design teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, providing QA insights and feedback to guide product iterations.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and product goals.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in manual testing, e-commerce, and mobile application development.
• Lead initiatives to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of a knowledge-sharing culture within the QA team and across the organization.
