Job Description
- Drive manual testing efforts for our marketplace platform, focusing on checkout processes and mobile application functionality.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough regression testing, smoke testing, and other types of testing as needed to ensure product quality.
- Utilize Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure comprehensive test coverage and traceability.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and product goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in manual testing, e-commerce, and mobile application development.
- Lead initiatives to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of a knowledge-sharing culture within the QA team and across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Experience with test management tools + JIRA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual QA testing, with a focus on e-commerce, marketplaces, and checkout process testing.
- Proven experience in web application testing across the most popular OS/Browser combinations.
- Proven experience in mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, regression testing, smoke testing, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- A user-centric mindset and a commitment to creating the best user experience possible.
