Job Description
  • Achievement of annual sales objectives for responsible products ( Phaco, VitRet, & related consumables such as Surgical Solution and Phaco accessories)
  • Develop strategies to increase market shares and penetration for new business
  • Communication capability with internal stakeholders and sales managers based on insightful data set
  • Share marketing plans and the attitude of listeners for the field insight from sales reps
  • Handle customers’ queries and complaints
  • On-time planning promotional activities and spending marketing expenses based on the priority of responsible products
  • Comply with the existing SOPs in collaboration with equipment product managers, Tech SVC team and enabling partners
  • Proactively own and proceed International, APAC or local projects (CPQ, ARTIKO, Remote OR etc)
  • Efficient, timely and accurate reporting of sales and marketing reports
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements in executing the assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in the local regulation and the Corporate procedure.
